Form Security And Abuse Prevention

We use automated checks, rate limits, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Security telemetry uses pseudonymous correlations for IP and email values and does not include the text of rejected enquiries. We retain this limited telemetry only as long as needed to investigate and prevent abuse.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, prepare recommendations, provide services, manage client relationships, improve our website, measure campaign performance, and meet legal or administrative requirements.

Website Chat

Our website chat is operated through our Chatwoot service. If you start a chat, we process the messages and contact details you choose to provide, together with limited technical information needed to maintain the conversation and respond to your enquiry. Chat conversations are handled as business enquiries and retained only for as long as needed for follow-up, service delivery, security, and business record-keeping.

Marketing And Lead Forms

If you submit a lead form through Meta, LinkedIn, Google, or another advertising platform, we use the submitted details to contact you about the offer or service you requested. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us run our website, forms, email, calendar, CRM, analytics, advertising, hosting, and delivery systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete information where applicable.

Cookies And Tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps us understand page visits, referral sources, discovery-call clicks, and successful enquiry submissions. We do not send the name, email, business name, or message entered in our forms to Google Analytics. If you choose “Necessary only”, the Analytics script is not loaded. You can reopen your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
